Furthermore...

Right now I'm watching a Harrison Ford movie at home with my dog jack and a blueberry smoothie.

Poor Jack lost his manhood yesterday and a few days ago Mom gave him a haircut that makes him look kind of like a silvery brown sheep. All his dignity is gone! LOL.

Today I was reminded of how beautiful Tyler is. It's such a blessing to live here...to wake up to this every morning. Mom and I take walks in the evenings, down the back roads around our house. It's the kind of quaint life people write about in books.

Structured life begins soon, the lighthearted freedom I've enjoyed is coming to an end. School begins soon...either next week or the week after...I'm not really sure which. I'm just jumping up and down with excitement if you can't tell. Yay.

...and the summer begins.

As I sit here at the Brookshires cafe, I realize that this might very well be a staple of my life for the next 3 months. Studying, dreaming, reading, working, entrepreneur-izing...all from these chairs.

The dark grey clouds just broke to shower the earth with rain...everything will be very green this afternoon.

This summer I helped train the Woods wranglerettes. They are wonderful ladies...you should get to know them! Those ladies have really encouraged me with their willing attitudes and hard work...combined with their fun-loving personalities and passion for Christ. They are going to do great things this summer. Just watch!

Woah, one of the giant sun umbrellas on the patio just got taken away by the wind! Bye bye big umbrella! LOL.

I feel like I'm all grown up in a town built for the 16 year old me. Where do I fit now? I have 3 months to find a community, then leave it to go back to College Station.

Has anyone ever noticed that Matt Wertz is perfect for rainy days?

I don't ever know when summer school starts...maybe I should figure that out. I'll be taking Spanish for the first half. Megan No habla Espaniol. No bueno!

Hannah left for Nepal today and there's no doubt that she's going to do great things. I'm so proud of her. She's such a treasure.

Anna and Ruth get back in 5 weeks. It will be wonderful to have them back...we've missed them a lot! Those crazy world traveling women!

I've decided to write my to-do lists with squiggles and curlies, abstractly and creatively...it's more fun that way!

I've also decided to wear dresses more often. Yay dresses.

Good enough for now, have a blessed day guys!
