Music, sure, but for the hordes of folks who swarm 6th Street, Red River and the slow crawl of parties spreading east, what matters most is finding free fun and drinks in abundance. Which is why we've retooled our SXSW Side Parties Database offerings this year and made it easy to find the free stuff first.
